Australian Olive Association

The Australian Olive Association Limited is the peak industry body in Australia for olive growers. It is a “not for profit” membership based organisation. Members are olive growers throughout Australia as well as associated businesses and other industry stakeholders. The Association has implemented an industry Code of Practice which enables growers to certify that products are authentic and meet defined quality standards. Marketing and education of consumers through its “Fresher Tastes Better” campaign, research and development by partnering with the Rural Industries and Development Corporation, and work to achieve an Australian Standard for olive oil for imports as well as the local industry are just some the Association’s achievements. There are many benefits in joining the AOA and thus supporting the Australian olive industry and GSOGA encourages growers to become members.
