: Producers of extra virgin olive oil from the Tuscan varieties, Frantoio and Leccino. Our grove is located at an elevation of 500 metres in the Strathbogie Ranges. The cool climate during the ripening season assists the production of an oil with a good balance of bitterness and pungency. Hillcrest olive oil is packaged in 500mL bottles incorporating a plastic insert pourer.
